We have used Seth a couple of times over the past 12 months. He has repaired a radiator leak, replaced a broken shower tray and most recently replaced the combination boiler. It broke over the Christmas period but we were able to limp along until the Sunday after Christmas when it stopped working and tripped the electricity fuse box. Called Seth Monday morning and he was there within the hour. By the afternoon we had a detailed quote by email with a timeline starting the next morning. He arrived as promised on the Tuesday (new years eve) and by the time he left we had hot water and heating. Called back Thursday to do a bit of snagging. Absolutely exemplary service from start to finish. Highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs.

Had a new boiler fitted very happy with how they looked after the house and made sure everything was working correctly even staying past their working hours to make sure our home was nice and warm. We have used Seth a few times now. He fitted a new boiler system, new toilets and now fixed a leak under the sink. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for our plumbing and heating. He is reliable unlike other plumber we have spoken to previously. He turns up on time as agreed and answers calls and messages in between. He is trust worthy! He has been left in my home unsupervised. I wouldn’t use anyone else for any heating and plumbing issues.

We had a leak in copper piping buried deep in the floor. Seth came out very quickly to partially drain the system and apply inhibitor and leak sealant as a potentially less destructive solution than taking up floors. Seth is always very helpful and happy to explain what he is doing. A clean, tidy and professional contractor who turns up on time and communicates quickly with a quote and invoicing. We are not sure yet whether the sealant fluid has fully solved the leak, only time will tell. Happy to recommend.

Seth helped us through the process of changing from a gas boiler to a heat pump, adding underfloor heating to our new extension and replacing our hot water tank. His knowledge was invaluable and his enthusiasm showed through. We particularly appreciated that Seth was keen to take on apprentices, passing on his knowledge and building his team. Aside from the service, which is very good, the best thing about THC is their communication, at all parts of the job - pre contract, day to day, and checking. They tidy up brilliantly and they bring a good atmosphere onto the site. Seth was flexible as we wanted something customised, gave us the pros and cons for us to decide.The after care service is brilliant too. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a really great experience with the Thermal Heat Co. Seth was really helpful, arrived on time both when he came to assess the problems and when he came to fix them. He was efficient, fixed the faults, and gave me some helpful advice too. The work he did was really good, neat work, no mess, and the new shower, pressure regulator and hammer arrestor are all working perfectly. I'm very happy to recommend Thermal Heat Co. and will definitely go back to them next time I need some plumbing work or their other services.

Seth and his team are next to none! Goodness me and I pleased my friend recommended them to me! Seth first came across as incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he did and the work he does in his company. He was very quick to get a date in for us, which we were very for, as our boiler had broken. The updates via email and text of arrival times and dates have been really helpful! During the day and a half work Seth and the team did at our house, they were very thoughtful about shoes on the carpet and put down a piece of material which covered the stairs, which meant no shoes on the carpet, something we were very thankful for. They worked incredibly hard and didn't rush the job. In fact, they came back the next day as they weren't quite finished. We had a slight leak in one of the pipes when the work was finished. I let Seth know and he got back to me within minutes. He then came the next day to fix it. Couldn't recommend Seth and his company enough! I will be sure to book the annual boiler service with them. They know what they are talking about, have experience and for the money, you're getting a bargain. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
