The Thermal Heat Company
Established in 2024, our company is built on a strong foundation of industry experience dating back to 2018. The business evolved from independent work beginning in 2022, before being rebranded and expanded to reflect a clear vision for modern, energy efficient heating solutions.
As energy costs have continued to rise and sustainability has become increasingly important, we recognised the need for heating systems that deliver more than just warmth. This led to a focused commitment to eco sustainable heating, renewable technologies, and long-term energy efficiency.
Today, we provide heating, renewable, and plumbing services designed to give our customers confidence and peace of mind. Our work is carried out by experienced, trained engineers and supported by recognised industry standards, including MCS and NAPIT accreditation.
Our approach centres on delivering efficient, reliable systems that offer genuine value for money, while supporting the transition to more modern, energy conscious homes. We take pride in quality workmanship, honest advice, and solutions built to perform efficiently now and well into the future.
Our Team
Seth Osborne
Is the Director and Founder of The Thermal Heat Company, with almost 10 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Starting as an apprentice, he built a strong technical foundation and developed a passion for renewable heating, efficient technologies, and delivering high quality installations.
Seth is Gas Safe qualified and dedicated to maintaining the company’s NAPIT and MCS accreditations, ensuring every job meets the highest standards. He always strives for the best for his customers. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his little boy and getting out on the slopes to snowboard.
Emily Osborne
Emily is a Director and the Operations Manager at The Thermal Heat Company, bringing strong experience in customer service, team leadership, and management. She oversees the day to day operations behind the scenes and provides ongoing support and guidance to the team.
Emily is passionate about developing people, helping them grow in their careers, and continuing her own professional progression. Outside of work, she’s a devoted mum to a very active little boy who keeps her busy and inspired.
Charlie Coxon
Is one of our plumbing and heating engineers at The Thermal Heat Company. He completed his plumbing and heating apprenticeship with the company after joining from a background in construction, and agricultural work. Charlie takes pride in arriving on time, delivering high quality workmanship, and leaving every job clean and tidy. He enjoys meeting customers and hearing their stories, which makes his work more personal. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys riding his motorbike on and off road.
Noah Gaunt
Noah is an apprentice at The Thermal Heat Company, currently completing a low carbon heating apprenticeship with Vaillant. He spends three days a week on site with the team, gaining hands on experience in heat pump installations and renewable heating systems. Outside of work, Noah enjoys staying active through football, cricket and mountain biking especially on the trails in Scotland.
Harry Parker
Harry is an apprentice and the newest member of The Thermal Heat Company team. He previously worked at a plumbing merchant, where his interest in the products and tools inspired him to take up an apprenticeship and get hands on experience. Always happy to help and greet customers with a smile, Harry brings enthusiasm and curiosity to every job. Outside of work, he enjoys football and listening to music.
