Outside normal working hours, we operate an emergency call out service. You can contact us for emergency call out by ringing 07794 616588.

Our standard call out charge for emergencies is £85+VAT per hour and we’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year.

When you contact us for general repairs, servicing or quotes, we book you into our system on the date and time specified by you. We will send you updates by either text, email or both to remind you when we’re coming over to help you. We don’t share any phone numbers or email addresses supplied for booking appointments with us so you’ll never receive any spam as a result of contacting The Thermal Heat Company.

You can use of contact form to book a heating system service, emergency call out, general plumbing and heating repairs or to get a quote for a new home heating system. Just specify what you need using the radio buttons in our contact form.
